The past several months I have been working with one of the ranch’s colts, Cabo.  Cabo is a coming four year old APHA gelding that I first mentioned here.

This weekend was fantastic!  I was able to accomplish all my domestic obligations on Saturday morning and Sunday I spent all day working with the cowboy.

I love to cook and have spent a few messy evenings in the kitchen playing Mad Cowgirl Scientist, concocting a number of homemade horse treat recipes.  As I have a number of willing testers who are eager to taste my recipes. 
In my humble opinion, I have established an exceptional horse treat test kitchen &#8230; and in the interest of good karma, I would like to share my recipes with you (and your horse, of course)!
