The past several months I have been working with one of the ranch’s colts, Cabo. Cabo is a coming four year old APHA gelding that I first mentioned here.

This post features guest trainer Michael Hayes – as I explore the idea of getting back to the real basics adn putting Cabo in a Bosal.

I love to cook and have spent a few messy evenings in the kitchen playing Mad Cowgirl Scientist, concocting a number of homemade horse treat recipes. As I have a number of willing testers who are eager to taste my recipes.
